Doing more for the community

14/6/2016

Inpress Plastics looks to encourage future generations to show interest and passion in subjects including; Science, Technology, Engineering  and Mathematics (STEM).

We encourage our employees to demonstrate their expertise to a wider community, hoping to inspire the next generation to develop their skills in these essential areas. We strongly believe that STEM related professions help to build communities and transform nations, while solving the complex problems of today’s world and its future.

One of our employees representing STEM as an ambassador visited a local school, Littlehampton Academy, to educate students and staff about product design and the benefits of using Computer Aided Design (CAD) to develop products further.
"VERY IMPRESSED… AND SO WERE THE STUDENTS… THE FEEDBACK HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE!"-SIXTH FORM MANAGER

More about STEM
Contact us
“We experience STEM in our day to day lives, we are surrounded by it. From studying the earth and the stars, to making more advanced mobile phones. We only need to look around in order to see how essential STEM is to our lives and how we need future generations to become more involved in these areas.

Being involved with STEM has been a great opportunity to share my experiences and skills with the next generation and hopefully inspire them to develop professions in these well needed sectors.

By supporting STEM we are fuelling economic growth, creating new jobs and solving tomorrow’s problems.”

Dominic Keeley-Product Designer
We will continue to encourage our staff to help our local community and inspire the next generation to bring ideas into reality. To find out more about how you could get involved with STEM or if you would like to get involved more with Inpress Plastics further, please select the links provided.
